A few words of welcome from Archdeacon Paul Dundas

The Parish of Christ Church Lisburn on the Hillsborough Road has been a place of Christian witness since 1842 and has served the community of Lisburn since then through the proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ. We are located close to the city centre beside the bus station or PSNI station. There is parking in the church grounds.

We have updated our Mission Statement based on 3 Words; ‘CHRIST, COMMUNITY AND LOVE’. You will also see further explanations of these 3 Words as they relate to living them out in our personal lives, parish organisations, worship, fellowship and witness into the community and partnerships globally.

There is a warm welcome to our worship on a Sunday and to our parish organisations.

For up to date information please follow us on social media platforms such as Facebook but information is also on our “Contact” magazine and you can click the link on this website.

Our Guiding Values
Christ
  • Our life and mission begin with Jesus Christ. His saving grace, His teaching, and His example guide us. Everything we do flows from knowing Him and making Him known

Community
  • We are a family of believers and friends who welcome all, share our lives, and grow in faith side by side. We seek to be a place where everyone can belong and be cared for.

Christ Church Lisburn exists to follow Christ, build community, and live out God's love, for the city of Lisburn and beyond

Our Mission
Love
  • God’s love compels us to love our neighbours near and far, showing compassion, serving the vulnerable, and sharing the good news in word and deed.
